Travel Health Survaillance - document

With effect from 01.05.2022 and until further notice, the obligation to fill in the "Travel Health Surveillance" document is no longer required when entering the mainland of Tanzania.

This does not apply to Zanzibar!
The entry document must still be completed for this purpose: HEALTH TRAVEL ZANZIBAR
